Asian Cuisine Highlights at the ET World Leaders Forum Dinner

The ET World Leaders Forum, held at the Taj Palace, presented a lavish buffet that not only tantalized the taste buds but also complemented the high-profile discussions taking place. Among the array of dishes, Asian cuisine took center stage with standout offerings like Phad Packchi, a flavorful stir-fry that highlights the vibrant tastes of the region, paired with a unique chili mustard sauce that added a spicy kick to the meal.

In addition to the Asian selections, attendees enjoyed a variety of other dishes including Phyllo Money Bags, which are delicately wrapped pastries filled with savory ingredients, and Vegetable Pithivier, a beautifully crafted pastry that showcases seasonal vegetables. The dessert table was equally impressive, featuring decadent options such as rich chocolate mousse and the classic French Tarte Tatin, ensuring a sweet ending to the evening.

An artisanal grazing table was also part of the dining experience, offering a selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, and olives, which provided a perfect complement to the main courses. The event not only highlighted the culinary talents behind these dishes but also served as a reminder of the cultural significance of food in bringing people together, especially in a forum of such global importance.
