Brad Schwarz and Zev Sonkin of Lee & Associates NYC represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction. Schwarz noted that the decision to open a flagship location in Downtown Brooklyn was driven by the area's rapid development and strong residential density. He emphasized that the combination of excellent visibility and high ceilings made the space ideal for Breeze to elevate its brand.
The demand for well-located restaurant spaces continues to grow, with operators seeking long-term growth opportunities in vibrant neighborhoods. Breeze's expansion reflects this trend, as the restaurant aims to attract both new and returning customers with its renowned dim sum offerings and curated beverage program.
